Lineage

The thesis at the centre of this site is Jeff Booth’s. The natural state of a free market is deflation is his sentence, and the site is named after it. His book The Price of Tomorrow argues that technology drives prices relentlessly down, and that we do real harm trying to prop them up. I hold his claim as he makes it, because I think he’s right. His own work is at jeffreybooth.com.

If understanding doesn't spread, nothing stops. The leak in everyone's money keeps feeding the gap, the anger, and the grab for control. Wages shrink quietly. Savings drain quietly. And the fight passes to your kids.

When enough people understand, the world settles on a money nobody can print. Prices get to do what they've always wanted. Fall. Your work buys more every year. Your savings hold.

If you want to help, this is how.
